I am perhaps best known for my atmospheric seascapes, inspired by walking on the shore with my dogs.

Seeing the sea everyday, it became omnipresent in my life.
I now recognise it grabbed me rather than the other way around.

I don't think I will ever tire of painting the sea with its different moods, colours and light reflected in the waves.

I work to create a painting with spirit and feeling.
If someone comments that they feel they could get their toes wet in a picture then I am very pleased.

I also paint skies, light on the hills and the flowers I grow in my garden.
